Excellent shots, Rusty! The terrain looks great!

Mark

Using this terrain and especially the backdrop, just about anything you place in the scene is going to look great. Excellent Rusty. Robin.

Your professional camera and your technique creates a great realism to your scenes.:)

Thank you. I am still using my iPhone to take photos but I am shopping for a better camera. A good background image can always transform a scene and bring it to life.

Excellent photo Rusty. Where did you get the backdrop? Is it the same one as your 7th Cavalry pictures?

The poor Italians often get a bad wrap when compared with the fighting skills of their Nazi cousins, however there are loads of examples of them fighting courageously both during the desert campaigns and in Europe.....

Enjoying your work Rusty and great to see you highlighting K&Cs Italian figures and vehicles and some classic 8th Army. :salute::

keep them coming Rusty, very nice . The quality of your photographs and back drop is excellent

mmmm, yes and no...The poor Italians were penalized by the poor and antiquated armament: tanks defined by them as "ambulatory coffins", rifles and artillery of the First World War ... Officers sometimes cowardly, unprepared, and incapable. The Italian units commanded by Rommel and supported by moderns German tanks held out, attacked and defended well according to Rommel himself who esteemed the Italian soldier, while Rommel, on the other hand, was at odds with the Italian comado and with Mussolini. In all the battles and especially in El Alamein, the Italian soldiers held out in terrible conditions, lacking everything and fighting without food, without water, without ammunition, without fuel for their few and fragile tanks, without air support. While the eighth army in front disposed of everything in overwhelming abundance.

Appreciate your comments, but was fully aware of the Italians short-falls when it came to their equipment, leadership etc. hence my previous comments.
Mussolini was an incompetent ***......and deserved his ending.
