Hi Guys,

A few answers to a few points…

1. Tank Popularity Polls – Seen and noted… I can promise many of you that you will not be disappointed this year!

2. Berlin ’38 Pavement – Personally, K&C goes for asphalt road surfaces.

3. Upcoming Warbirds – We’ve sent a list to Pierre and Brad… so I think it’s only fair that you guys should see it. Obviously we’re not going to produce all of it all at the same time (But wait there’s more…) At least this will show you the directions we’re going in. (See next post)

4. Recent Dioramas & Repaints – The recently posted work by K&C collectors on the forum is simply stunning… Both Gordon and myself love to see what you guys are doing. Although I love all of it a few deserve special recognition… Alex’s repaint of our old Desert Quad and Limber… superb! Debrito’s ‘Deutsches Afrika Korps’. For its simplicity and yet realistic look, our friend’s work is always interesting and well-thought out. His photography is also second-to-none. Plus we have to give ‘Harry the Heid’ kudos for a fun and sexy new look to toy soldiers with his ‘flashman’ post. Well done, Harry.

On that cheerful note… adios for now!

Andy C.

How do I reserve/pre-order the Storch? Is it DAK-Rommel version? Is it wood or polystone (cheaper version?)

Thanks

Oh, and thanks Andy for the kudos for the fun and sexy slant on Flashy.
I'm really only setting the scenes so far. Lots more to come over the next few months.

Cheers

I think Andy is referring to the three exemplaries that will be released this month and they are already sold out.

Andy, thank you very much for the nice compliments, it is very flattering to us receive these comments. Special when is coming from Gordon, the greatest K&C Diorama builder.

I really appreciated

Best Regards

DeBrito.

A Sunderland in K&C scale????? Crimeny! I'm not interested in the warbird line, but this is one I GOTTA SEE!!!! As a young model builder I used to get a bit of whatever the local drug store carried, cars, tanks, ships or planes. I had the Airfix Short Sunderland kit in 1/72nd scale and it was quite a beast - I can't imagine the size and bulk of one in 1/30th. Wow! In fact I'd be fascinated just to see the shipping box. Knowing Andy it would be quite a beautiful model.

Something like one of these? As a four engine plane, it wouldn't be cheap
