Ever wonder:

Why are the Woodland Indian Figures consistently aiming "upwards"? Very few, if any, of their rifles poses are level. I will now spend hours pondering this question. Why, John, why?

After 45 minutes of intense concentration and a stack of waffles, Squirrel Hunting is at the top of my list.

Hello,
It's the same for some of the french militia. I wondered myself too until I read that it was a common use of the rifle because at some lengh when the target is far if you have your gun directly straight ,your bullet go in the ground, So they aim upwards.

Wondering the same thing; I am always hoping with every new set of French Militia that there would be a firing set. The new sets are always getting ready...but never able to pull the trigger. Please John, just one firing set of French/Canadian Militia.

Correct but not to put to fine a point on it, they are muskets, not rifles. That is part of their problem.

I second that. Some are needed for Quebec City.

Yep, I've wondered too. In my display the 28th Grenadiers and 78th Frasers look very focused on their targets while the Indians seem to be duck hunting. I could put the British on a rampart or something but then they'd look like the distracted ones.
