Thanks Chris, finding the appropriate photo really helps the little stories I try to create in miniature that have the right look and feel.

It's good to get comments on my little dioramas and tips from Vets on their experiences on what I may have got wrong as well.
Of course things can change drastically very quickly in a war zone, such as where the Iron Triangle once was and a significant issue and base for the VC, but as it was bulldozed this lessened. So whilst things change it's still great to hear their experience of their tours.

Hi Steve,

You've captured an iconic image with your 'Nam figures here. Having the Huey in the background makes this a classic shot and as Terp mentioned, your blending of the ground and background is top notch in this scene. Most realistic!

Awesome shot here. :salute::

Like this one, Steve …. really nice.

I do hope that you are saving all of the K&C VN images in the cloud or someplace!

You should consider gathering them together and selling a book. ….:rolleyes2:

Thanks Rob, Yep helicopters and Huey's in particular certainly is the icon that a lot of us think immediately of when the Vietnam war comes up.

Cheers Larry :)

Oh No {eek3} Larry, I thought you were the one saving the images :wink2::tongue:

I was, but I've done so many that I've stopped now, so until Treefrog have a server or some such issue again, they're stored here for all to see.
