Hi All,

Hope everyone is well.

Over the past year, I've been re-positioning pieces from the Normandy Village collection to create various scenes and while my collection only consists of four sections, one would be amazed at the numerous possibilities.

One thing that I especially like, even in looking at "official K&C images", is the combination of two sections in a corner/90 degree angle. The Corner Flower Shop (SP058) as well as the Corner Fountain (SP057), especially work well with the right angle formation.

I have now created a "split scene" with the buildings using right angles at each end of my diorama. In doing so, the buildings look much more three dimensional and I am partial to a more square formation.

Here's a picture that I shot this morning to give you an idea. I really commend Andy and his team for the beautiful architecture and detailing put into these facades. I love the artwork on all the buildings, esp. the posters on the sides of the Deux Maisons (SP060), not visible unless viewed from an angle/side.

very nice indeed, but I still do not understand why de sidewalks do not have the same height ? If you want to make a street it's a problem !!!

Thanks Guy, but do not understand that myself; perhaps just made as individual "stand-alone" buildings.

That is a fantastic combination Rob and a wonderful image.
Thanks much Joe.
