Hi Guys,

Here’s a little display with a little story behind it...
Many years ago I was wandering along Hollywood Road here in Hong Kong. Then and still, to some extent today, Hollywood Road was full of Antique Shops.

In one of them I saw this nice little building model which I thought was roughly 1:30 scale and might make a good backdrop for some of our figures.

Well, as I found out, it was only about a hundred years old and made in the Philippines as a ‘Drinks Cabinet’.

The Roof has a hinge on the back that allows it to open and inside you could store your bottles of Spirits, Liqueurs and / or whatever.

Anyway I bought the model and brought it home but never really used it until today.

So here you have a selection of our ‘Ceremonials’ and a little preview of a few figures that will appear in February.

Hope you like it and... Cheers!
Andy

That’s a great pickup. Always a thrill when a light bulb goes off and something suddenly gels and takes on a new role. I have a building which was on a loose end for the last 2 years and now is cast into the role of being situated at Port Stanley, the Falkland Islands {sm4}, Robin.

Andy,

Coolest drink cabinet ever! :salute:: Looks great with the ceremonial figures!

Terrific figures and set up! Thanks for sharing.

Brendan
