Well I dont know about anyone else - but, I feel I have had a Graduate Course on British Flags and Colors - Thank you all who have schooled us on this issue - it has been great ! :D
 
And now you'll know what flag to hurl your cavalry towards Ron,obviously they'll be shot down before they get there but at least they will be going in the right direction!!!:eek: :D (only kidding mate)

Have you read Ken's post on the subject? This is only scratching the surface really.
The reversed colours of drummers (and other musicians) coats follow in a similar manner to the flags, ie. Royal regiments with blue facings have drummers etc in red coats where say the 69th Foot with green facings have a drummer in a green coat and so forth.

I no longer have a CLUE what to tell my customers. I hope to have a chat with Andy about this soon.
In the meantime, at least they are only in the pre-order stage. Maybe I need to change the titles on the Treefrog pages to "the one with the big maroon flag" and "the one holding the big non-maroon flag" :p .

Does it really matter? - In a few moments my French Heavy Calvary will be slashing through that lot and those flags will be heading to Paris anyway. :D
