KC has made some "feldgendarme"in different uniforms, but all with the same sleepy pose: standing with the traffic pallet.
I wish to remind that felgendarmes were called by the troops " dogs with chain" because of their brutality and lack of any human feeling...They terrified any german soldier because of their document checkings. Soldiers or officiers without a reguler transit pass were immediately arrested and shot for desertion, or deferred to itinerant martial courts that came to the same end.
So picturing them as mere traffic controllers is at the least simplistic .... When are going to be made one or two feldgendarme checking documents? That would be useful for a dio....
