FFL MG.jpg
Hopefully I have managed to post the image of the new set of a FFL Hotchkiss MG that we have added to the sets of FFL & Arabs that we have been producing over the past 10 years or so.
Have been shipping at lot of new and existing to Stockade Miniatures over the last couple of months and will be sending over a hundred more sets in October.

Hi - and welcome to the forum. Love the look of those figures - well done. I have been looking to find your sets of FFL & ARABS that you mention - in your online catalogue - but can't seem to find them. Could you advise where to look? Tried SOW and your home products.

I would also like to be able to paint my own - so maybe give a thought to being able to supply them as unpainted castings? I think you already do this for your outlet in the USA - but we in the UK and Europe appear to get regularly clobbered for Import Duty on imported goods ( at least I certainly do) - which makes your excellent products rather an expensive option for us - as we have to pay more taxes/postal charges on top of painted prices.

Lastly - as I have a daughter on South Island (Christchurch) - do you have any outlets there, where I could go and see your products, when I go to see my grandchildren?

Hope you might oblige - all the best - Johnnybach

Outstanding new set.
Hope you will keep posting your wonderful sets both old and new,
Randy

We will get our FFL & Arabs sets re-listed on our web-site over the next couple of weeks as we try to get more of the ranges on. But here is a couple of the mounted Arab sets that will be winging their way to Stockade Miniatures.

We no longer sell unpainted castings. We do understand the issues of UK VAT @ 20% ,we have the same problem here in NZ with GST @ 15% on all goods.

If you do travel to NZ a visit to the North Island is worth while with the War Memorial Museum in Auckland,The National Army in Waiouru, Sir Peter Jacksons WW1 Plane collection at Masterton and not to mention all the battlefields from the land wars .

We can ship items to any address in NZ so when you visit you can pick them up and take back in your suitcase.

Cheers for the reply - but as you no longer do castings - and my hobby is painting - looks like we won't be doing any business when I'm in Christchurch next time. Shame that, as I like the look of those - but all the best - jb

Does Stockade have all or any of these sets in stock? It doesn't seem like they do and their website is -- to put it nicely -- rudimentary; you have to fill out an order form to order sets. Moreover, their Regal section only lists American Civil War.

As I'm only about an hour or so away from them, I'd drive over and take a look if they had inventory.

Here are some different images of new Arab mounted sets. We are putting together a big shipment for Stockade Miniatures that we will be sending to them in early October . They will have all the FFL and Arab sets in stock late October to take to a show the first weekend of November.

With a style similar to Trophy and Little Legion, a collector of these 3 mfg. would have an almost limitless as well as seamless selection to choose from. They look to match up very well with each other...Makes me want to rethink my present glossies collecting plan..Michael:eek:

The Regal SoW figures are superb, with a wide range and all excellently finished/painted. I have many of their NWF lancers and some of their WW1 figures, including an excellent French 75mm gun with the gun crew in early war uniforms. Can't go wrong with them. -- Al
