Figarti Book (1 Viewer)

Rob,
You know there's only one person you can trust to look after your credit card.
That kindly, tall, good looking guy behind the Figarti stand.

What am I doing behind the Figarti stand?

However, Saturday night may well be a different matter, thirsty work packing all those boxes!!
Same applies to Simon and Kevin, just leave any monies or cards with me for safekeeping, I'm sure I can find a safe place for it.;)
Clive

Clive, at the end of the show, you just give yourself a rest at the bar. Kevin, Rob and I will pack your stock away for you. Trust us. :)

Simon I admire your generosity and in that spirit I will be happy to help pack away the new Desert Shermans:)

Rob

I wasn't feeling too good then :eek:you start asking me to look after Rob's credit card and put Clive's stuff away for him:confused:.........maybe I will feel better:D

BTW Simon, good of you to leave your credit card on repeat for the book orders.

I bet there is at least one spilling mistack in itt.

Fat chance, they will all be gone by then

Yes I can see you,me Simon and James elbowing aside old ladies to get to them...I'm not calling Clive an old lady you understand...I'm talking about real old ladies:eek:;)

Rob

Well, a little wonky at times. Something to do with the proximity of a bar next door to a toy soldier show. Which genius thought that one up?

BTW Simon, good of you to leave your credit card on repeat for the book orders.

Say what?

Not worried anyway mate. It was Rob's card I was using, so bill away!

Rob,

Pleas be assured that We're working on the first, expecting the second within a fortnight, and hopefully are way off the latter....but it doesn't hurt to make contingencies. :p

I've ordered the book on the promise of a blonde at the show, so if it arrives in time, I'll bring it down. I could even ask Kavin and Clove to sign it. :)

Rob, Well Mr Poirot, you were ahead of me, I had not noticed:eek: Don't worry, I'll stick up for you.

As for the books, I have been so kn*****d I haven't even got round to ordering one so wont have mine.

I shall have to see if Clive and Waist are there;)

Hi Guys,
I've just received my copy of the Figarti Desert book.
The usual excellent photos from Kevin with a couple from the rank amateur (yours truly)
I'll be bringing it to the show on Saturday so make sure you all have clean hands before poring throught the pages.;)
I think we'll have to move onto the next subject now.
Just need to coordinate with the master for another session of photography and green tea.
Regards
Clive

It's the consumption of the blonde 'tea' that has it's magical effect on his photography skills. Just got a delivery dispatch confirmation for mine, but I'll keep mine nice and clean and allow Rob to spill G&Ts on yours, if that's OK Clive? :)

Maybe its because I'm getting a bad name around here:D,sorry to let you down guys but I will be driving on Sat so no G&T's for me:)

Rob

Need a car to carry everything. What's going on :D

Terry

I need the car because its easier to get home sober in the car than it is drunk on the tube;).You've know idea of the amount of bad people on the underground ready to take advantage of an intoxicated Toy Soldier collector!:D

Nothing to stop you from going home sober on the tube. I still think you're taking the car for it's carrying capacity.:D

I saw the book in London on Saturday and it really is first class.Kevin has worked wonders (with Clive)to produce a superb record of Figarti's Desert releases with his usual amazing photos. The dio's and backgrounds are spot on,I think its priced around the £26 mark, well worth the dosh chaps.
