I was very disappointed to miss getting the Winter Panzer IV originally. I had ordered it, but after waiting 6 weeks, I called to find out it had been sold out when I ordered it and they did not bother to tell me. By the time I found out it was not coming, it was gone from every other dealer too.

Now I just ordered my long delayed Panzer IV from Hobby Bunker.

Experiences like this is why I am buying more from Treefrog. Their order system and service are excellent.
