Hi i want to purchase a figarti Storch (AK) and was wondering does it go with K+C scale wise.I live in Western Australia so i cant pop down to my local shop for a gander,as i dont have a shop here that sells K+C,Figarti CC etc.I have the Figarti V2 and they are bigger except the bloke looking out the re-fueling tanker??Also have a V1 on the trolley and it goes with K+C but listed same scale as V2.Thanks for your help take care.

Regards
Wayne

Wayne,

The Figarti "FW30" scale products are scaled to work with K&C. They are painted to a more "weathered" style than K&C, but they mix well.

Always happy to help, as are most of the folks on this forum. I think you'll find most of the people on this forum are knowledgeable and helpful (and, if you like Monty Python, pretty funny!:D).:)

Im browsing thru Treefrog treasure now and some figarti pics have FM30 so they go with K+C and the others dont? Some have Fm32 they would be smaller and the rest have nothing so im assuming they would be larger like the V2 figures.**** im confusing myself,i emailed Treefrogs and they said ask on here but im still confused as the Storch has nothing on scale in pic ??

Wayne, the Storch is FM30. The earlier Tiger, Chi Ha and Stuart (Honey) Tanks were 1:32. Then Rick Wang decided that since the industry leader in WWII production was K&C, that his WWII items should be compatible. Accordingly, most of the present WWII production is available in FM30 (1:30) scale.

Wayne,

You should also know that not all of the K & C planes, the Connoisseur versions, are 1/30. I believe they are 1/32, so that even if the Storch is 1/32 you should be fine.

Again thanks mate that clears it up for me now to purchase one take care.

Wayne:rolleyes:
