Ok, 2 sets:

A. Chinese/Vietnamese figure - 54mm ish scale. Hard Plastic painted marked on bottom Marx Toys Made in Hong Kong - anyone know what this figure is from? Era? Set?

B. Plastic Film Crew - 54mmish scale - Semi Flex Plastic (will break if bent), marked on bottom Made in Hong Kong No 435. Again, maker, era,set?

The Marx Hong Kong figure is a Chinese Fisherman which would most likely have ben made in the early sixties.
 
The TV/film crew are based on vintage Scalextric figures. s-l1600.jpg I don't think what you have are original Scalextric figures, going by the quality. You can find pictures of them on eBay if you want to compare.

I agree, the camera is much different and comes apart. They came out of some company set as to the markings on the base. Interesting nonetheless.

I asked Kent from Toy Soldiers HQ if he could tell me something about them, this is what he came up with - Part of a 12 figure group mark Hegeman believes were uses as tea premiums in Hong Kong, They can be seen and bought at Toy Soldiers HQ
