Figure Repair (2 Viewers)

Andy C.

P.S. One time a customer came into our HK shop with a box of long-retired soldiers, “I bought these from you a couple of years ago and they are damaged!”
The set in question was over 6 years old, the box was battered beyond recognition and the customer actually admitted he had let his 4 year old son play with them!!!
Now, what d’ you do?

........................................................................................................

Pick one below:D

1. Rembering the customer is always right cheerfully offer a full refund!:)

2. Offer to exchange them for a brand new set!:)

3. Tell them you would be happy to issue a refund.....but they are probably
worth a small fortune if sold on ebay!:D

4. Apologize for not making more durable figures that could stand up to abuse!

5. And my personal favorite ask him to bend over.....so you don't have to lift your leg to high when you boot him right in the a**!:D Its a Jersey thing!:D

Choice #5......in action!:D

Take them in and tell him youd be more than willing to see if your team can perform some much needed "ER" on them. Dont promise anything but offer to help. Remembering that word of mouth is your best marketing tool. :)
