"ME" thinks that the Japanese CHI-HA is about to be burned toast! {sm2}

I always take notice when I see a WWII Pacific scene …. AND … yours is ALWAYS one of the best.

So you got the new TG Dodge!

I tried for the "C" version, but despite having my order in the day I saw it … they were already sold out ….:redface2:
I have the USMC version on the way from George (Minutemen) some time next week. The only thing that I didn't like about that one is it "appears" to have a caricature of HITLER. Not sure why "he" would be on a USMC vehicle but ...:rolleyes2:

Super nice display of one of my favorite series and eras.

Many THANKS, Steve.

Thanks Larry. ^&grin
I'm with you on the Caricatures, though I expect TG took them from some photo that had them in. Still a bit of soaking the decal with hot water and it will probably lift.

The truck does make a nice touch to the scene Steve, good pickup. Robin.

One area that seems lacking in this hobby is the manufacturers seem to shy away from making destroyed vehicles.
How about a destroyed or damaged T.G. Jeep or Dodge?

I know that K&C has made a couple of slightly damaged vehicles (WH044) & (SP008, SP009, SP010) and JJD has a damaged WWI plane but I can't recall to many others … :confused:

At the Chicago show, Andy had a Pacific WWII Japanese airfield under attack with a damaged ZERO. I think he said that it was "really" damaged as he dropped the plane {eek3}. But wow, did it look great on the diorama. I would buy one of those in a heartbeat!!!

So Mr. Gunn … a knocked out Jeep, damaged Dodge, trashed Japanese tank, out-of-commission US Tank , etc …. POSSIBLE?????

LaRRy, I know Build-a-Rama made a knocked out Sherman Tank diorama base themed for the Pacific Theater a number of years ago...

Be cheaper to source 1/24 to 1/32 scale stuff on eBay and destroy them yourself.

Actually had pondered that ...!

This is the season of Yard Sales and Flea Markets in Maine. One can ALWAYS find a box filled with unfinished or "poorly" finished model kits for sales at low prices. Then as you said, "Destroy them yourself"

My talent is probably better destroying them, rather than making them better ...:tongue:
