Hi Guys,

As promised a little while back K&C are now in the process of producing a single figure of ‘Pvt. James F. Ryan’ to accompany the 2 very popular sets of ‘Searching For Pvt. Ryan’ released in September and October this year.

The figure is based on the moment when the remainder of Capt. Miller’s squad of Rangers first encounter the love surviving brother of the Ryan family.

PFC Ryan will be released early in 2018 but we thought you might like to see a little advance preview.

Best festive wishes and have a great weekend!
Andy

And just like that he is found. My squad still have a further few locations to search, before he is released next year.^&grin, Robin.

Ps love, perhaps lone? No doubt.

Very nice looking Pvt. Ryan figure. He will close the loop and complete the set for a total of 9 figures now. Perfect ! :salute::

Very nice looking figure! Never realized how long a bazooka was. I plan on picking up all 9 of these wonderful figures soon.

Just like just about everyone, I haven't seen the new Ryan figure in person, but I have seen the other two sets.
Let me just say that K&C has raised the bar with these 9 figures. They are bound to be a classic collection series sought after for a long time to come.

Even if you don't collect WWII Europe sets ... I believe these are a must have! Either in a simple display case; or a mini-dio; or maybe part of a larger diorama the possibilities are just about endless.

“That was a recon element, 2nd SS.
We've been expecting a probe.
That must have been it.”

Classic figure. Very well done.

Hi everyone,

I completely agree with LaRRy! :) That last figure has been a very nice Christmas gift from Andy. I can't wait to put "Ryan" in my mini-diorama...

Cheers

...Just remember that Wade and Caparzo were gone by the time they ambushed the halftrack and found Ryan!

Is it too late to tweak the figure so that the Bazooka rest more on his shoulder?

Hi Chris,
I based PFC Ryan's pose on pix from the movie and how he was holding the bazooka after he 'ambushed' the German half track...So, in my opinion, no need to reposition the bazooka.
Best wishes,
Andy.
