Boy you are close to the mark!
I can tell you that there will be a few important additions to the 42nd Square and the attacking French in the next catalog.
As for the fellows in Green... all good things come to those who are patient!
I think it will be fun to build a corner of a square with the new figures, I know I will.

Hello Ken - I also have spring fever. I have been seriously looking at the new Britains 42nd foot and 4th Lancer figures and am thinking about making a diorama with them. From what I can tell, these sculps look amazing. I just ordered #10005 42nd Foot 1815 figure from the Museum Collection and I have the June-August offerings pre-ordered and am anxious for their US releases. I will probably be in contact with you for a simple custom grass base for the display I have in mind. Cheers -

Hi Mike!
I am planning on painting a small backdrop for my display... something stormy with some silhouetted figures to imply more of the square.
if it turns out reasonably well I will well see if I can get it duplicated at a reasonable cost.
Alan Ball and I both worked on these figures and I think the results are pretty good.

I would be very much interested in your offer. I will keep in touch.

Hopefully we can visit at the Chicago show again this Fall Mike.
Ericka and I plan on displaying and selling there again and should be in town by mid week.
There should be several new products in the H&A line in addition to the one of a kind scenic items we had last year. I am also hoping that we can come up with a way to make some limited reproductions of our backdrops at a fair price. I think the Waterloo subject has a lot of potential here.

I will definately plan on visiting with you in Chicago. I joined the Britain Collectors Club this morning so I could get #5004C 42nd highlander NCO w/pike. I have noticed an obvious break in the numerical order of the new highlander figures. The figures jump from #36022 to #36026. Could you give us a hint at what 36023, 36024, and 36025 will be, if anything?

Awaiting these figures also they look great! Mike have you caught the Napoleonic bug? If so thats great.

There are four new 42nd figures and they will be in the spring mini catalog with a number of other additions to various ranges in both Matte and Gloss.
If you look at the images and offerings in the current catalog it is pretty obvious what might be needed for the square!
That is all for now.
All the Best!

Hmmmm . . . Perhaps a mounted 42nd officer, drummer, NCO???? I guess we shall see, when we shall see.

Hello Ken,

I am a fan of your work.
I am tossing the idea of attempting to sculpture my own figures.
It's bad enough that I'm in my studio building and creating for hours on end.
I was wondering if adding sculpting would leave me totally without sleeping. LOL:D
