George, those ACW figures look rather good!

Nice displays. :)

Excellent display, George.

May I ask who did the Bunker Hill diorama?

Those are great George. It is really nice to see the full FL showing for the show. Those new mounted personalities are particularly nice, as are the crusaders, AWI and ACW figures. I predict there are going to be some happy old and new FL figures around the planet.:D

Although I don't collect them, the Pzkw III next to the Mk I looks fantastic. They go well together. It looks like I will have to get Napoleon's Aid de Camp. He looks great.

Hooooo YES!!!!! Crusaders are attacking those Napoleonic’s.. God will’s it ......:p

Andreas,

Glad you like it, that piece is manufactured by a company I do business with and is designed to go with a plastic figure playset they produce, it is made of lightweight foam and I custom painted it myself, I sell them for 125.00 each, I had four at the show and sold all four, have ordered four more to paint up................

Here is a close up of one of a couple of the FL Samurai that PJ bought from George at Chicago. What an absolute little piece of jewelry. The "bush" in the background by the way is a natural sponge, dyed green and dry brushed with highlites.........looks pretty good doesn't it??

I;m sure PJ has every intention to add more of these FL Samurai to his already extensive collection of the subject matter from other manufacturers

Nice picture Walt, nice to see you guys at the show, glad you enjoyed yourselves and nice to see the figure made it home in one piece.

Hope to see you at Burlington on the 24th, Hackensack on the 31st or Long Island on the 20th, the traveling road show continues..................

I too, enjoyed the Bunker Hill dio. Just what the militia needed! Looking forward to the Grenadiers.

Here is a photo from the Bunker Hill set........a fine piece with one of the better face paints I have seen across manufacturers of toy soldiers. I plan to pick up a few more of these....the drummer boy for sure.

Bama boy,,,,,,,here is another rendition of using the natural sponge. This time placed on a resin tree trunk casting from Armand Barardi (sp). Casting is unpainted as I was just trying to see how it looked. WOuld need some more shaping, but looks like a good start for a decent looking tree.

Great figure, stunning.

Thank you for posting the photo. Nothing brats real live photos of collectors. I also like the background a lot.

That fellow looks great. It is most interesting to see these in closeup, which of course is quite the test since figures of this size were never intended for that level of closeup. FL figures hold up to that just fine I've found.

whdamon-
Thanks for the large pic of the militia flagbearer. He is one of the last ones I need from this initial release. After seeing this larger pic, I just might have to order him sooner than I thought!
