Interesting, because at this price or thereabouts you could buy the kit and have it painted in Russia (even FL will do it for you if you ask).
You would then have a version that is of better quality than the production pieces though of course it wouldn't be one of the original releases and therefore not rare.
Anyway, kudos to FL for releasing this figure as a kit so you have an alternative to eBay silliness if you want.
 
If First Legion is really willing to paint this one. There are definitely others that they have that I am dying to have if they can do the painting. I Already have the Colbert.

FYI - It's now down to $349 + $30 shipping since the seller is located in Poland.
 
FYI - Now down to $299 + $20 shipping from Poland...I think $250 would be a reasonable price point for this rare one...:wink2:
