First Legion Masters (1 Viewer)

Matt did several events on Saturday unveiling new products and a new range. As I had to leave for home Saturday morning and my fiancée was packing the car while I was enjoying some quality time with Matt Pavone, my concentration was slightly impacted (I had purchased breakable stuff such as a large castle gate out of plaster - but nothing broke).

I hence only attended the first event at Sierra at 10am. Unfortunately, this was a very dark room. But having said that, I think the pictures speak for themselves and I let others chime in.

The Event

Many pieces arrived in pieces and needed to be pieced together by the master.

The dreams come true. Winged Hussars and Turks in action poses. All the normally used words - outstanding, stunning, fantastic etc. - means nothing now when I see these figures.
Any idea when they can be avaialble? I'm already starting to save money for them.
Thank you for phots, waiting for more from these who are lucky to be in Chicago. I see also a canoe in front, and some other new figures in the back?

Janusz

Janusz: These figures are not in production yet. I think a little patience will be required. I do not think these will be under your Christmas Tree. :)

It looks like they will be well worth the wait. The winged hussar with banner, the canoe, duelists, Turks.... There are just so many great products on the toy soldier market right now, but these may be at the top.

This are all great looking pieces!!!, a very promissing future as always!!

You must be right, but no problem, it is worth to wait. Thanks for photos.

Fantastic stuff, thanks for posting.

Good to see an addition to the Vietnam War Series.....M48 Patton Tank.
Would be great to get the iconic M113 APC and a Russian T-55 to round out the armor in this conflict.

That was actually discussed in the room with Matt and I think the M113 will come eventually. Having said that, the modern conflicts are not the best sellers ....

First Legion has great stuff, just pre ordered 3 mounted Romans, shame not cheaper, getting expensive reaching russian prices on Mounted items
I assumed being made and painted in China with low wages that prices could be better, and thus we could buy more, anyhow
great items

Thanks.....I think Vietnam has a small but loyal following, other modern conflicts I'm not sure.

Great photos everyone! I will not need to post mine :)
But now I will be packing them up to send back to Matt . . . .
