First Legion Napoleonics............. (2 Viewers)

It would be nice to have a base for people who just like to have their figures setting in a cabinet. For people who do dioramas with scenics they could do without it.I use to have the Troiani sets and I used the bases. The drawback of a base is of course the added costs.

Bill & Warrior, I'm sure its just a matter of time Before we will all see these Figures so wonderfully shown in Mr Churms painting .I have nothing but confidence in First legion's Napoleonic range, it will just take time before they hit our shelves . And I (being of the group the sickest of all collectors a completest) can't wait . I have not been disappointed in a single thing they have released so far ( down to the smallest detail Uniforms , headgear, weapons ect.. They do their homework ). I find myself constantly either while reading or looking at artist renditions of events from the Napoleonic wars just chomping at the bit thinking what a First Legion interpretation will look like. Gebhard;)

I really liked the Troiani/Conte sets. I have a few of the Troiani prints and the small diorama's with the bases were great. I wish that they would have done more.

Conte was suppose to do one based on a Troiani painting on Cowpens.I was really wanting that but I finally realized that it wasn't going to happen.:(

That would have been great. I never bought any of the AWI prints. I concentrated on Civil War. I did really like the Cowpens print.

Great images George. Don't forget to view these terrain pieces on our website so that you can see what they look like with the shutters on the windows. The shutters come separately to be glued into position by the collector and really finish off the piece quite well....

Hope everyone is having a great holiday!

Best,

Matt

Really like the pictures, as it is nice to see the buildings outside of the First Legion webpage. I hope to start with these soon. May have to start the wall set first, as there are some Carabiniers to get as well.
