You guys are so funny with all the speculative drama. ^&grin
The issue we had was with a new SSL digital certificate validation. It happened Friday Night at Midnight that it failed to validate (for what reason i have NO idea), but the validation team is closed on Weekends and yesterday was a holiday. So it was dealt with this morning. Not ideal but as they say, **** happens.
As for how one would value a toy soldier company - well, it would be valued like any other business. A multiple of yearly profit plus inventory plus other assets less any liabilities (of which FL has none). FL would be valued in the millions.
Though as with most small closely held companies, if we did sell it we'd probably have to work for the new owners for a few years to transition. In any case, not for sale. It would be like selling one of my children......
As someone pointed out, NOR Germans are up and the first 12 Assyrians from our new Ancient Biblical Wars series and a few other items will be up either later today or tomorrow... It would have been all of them by Today but our certificate issue prevented us from using the order management and website catalog system as well.
I sound calm now but you should have heard me screaming at the incompetence on the phone since Saturday. ^&grin
