First Legion WWII lately has seemed to taken a turn outside of the box sort of speak, there are numerous threads on the forum at the moment with collectors of different WWII companies and First legion WWII mixing well with those companies, I for one am glad to see this!! as the dreaded scale issue has seemed to take a back seat for once and shown that the quality of First Legion does really work well with K&C/Honour Bound/FOV/Figarti...I must say I wish I had my old K&C winter Tiger as another member posted and it looks great with the First Legion winter infantry, oh well, I'm sure in time First Legion will make a Tiger or two perhaps?(wish list:)) again great pics/dios to all the fellows that have posted, keeping the fun in the hobby, that's the best part of it all...Sammy

Sammy,

I think what you're seeing is a growing acceptance of FL by the collector community, transitioning from a curiosity to the company becoming part of the various figures that collectors add to their collection.

I agree wholeheartedly Sammy. I loved the pics Duke shared w/ the FL tank rider on the K & C WS070....a really nice combination. I hope you get your wish and FL produces a Tiger as well. I'm sure it's just a matter of time. It's certain to be very popular. Great thread!

Yes, thanks for starting this thread Sammy and I agree that FL will/can go together with many other companies products available and look great. Being a new FL collector, I've been experimenting with some of my other items and so far have been very well pleased with the results. The WWII figures FL is producing are some of the best available today and I look forward to my collection growing in the future. I love the realism of them and even when photographed up close, they still look almost like a real person. Since you mentioned my mixing with the K&C Winter Tiger, here's a shot of that scene for good measure. Maybe FL will make a Tiger of it's own soon!:)

that the quality of First Legion does really work well with K&C/Honour Bound/FOV/Figarti

I am sorry Sammy, but I cannot agree on that, scales are different and most important QUALITY is not even close between FL and the rest...

Yes I know the scales are different Debrito, but the FL infantry does work well with other companies tanks/vehicles...as far as quality I have always said I believe that First Legion has the best to offer, again it's the enjoyment of the hobby with whatever you like to put together...Sammy

I tend to agree....For me the only company with AFV's that work "somewhat" with FL figures is Figarti....Figarti is close enough in style and scale to work with FL.....K/C and Honour Bound, much less so.....I hope to see FL expand their AFV products soon.....maybe a grey PanzerIV and Winter Tiger soon....We hope

Maybe the vehicles + Tanks and machinery, but the figures still with the V-1 syndrome, 99% of them still looking to the sky .....{eek3}

FL rocks! But they need to do something about the faces on the WWII germans. Need to stop the "stoneface" expressions and droopy eyed look. And ad some guys that have blonde hair!
