FIW. Hot Pursuit (1 Viewer)

A man of multi-era talent I see ...{sm4}
Top WWII USMC Pacific Theater diorama builder and now 18th Century FIW added to your resume.:cool:

One of your "TRADE MARKS" in the WWII Pacific is the groundwork and figure selection & placement.
Looks like you continued here .....

Real nice job, as usual, Steve.

Thanks Larry, though I've been doing FIW, Napoleonics, Roman etc scenes much longer, But I've jumped right into the USMC WW2 Pacific theatre with lots of enthusiasm as you know !

I'm not into USMC WW2, but more into Australian campaigns as well as WW1. Those other subjects though like FIW, Romans and Napoleon are definitely some of my favourites. I liked your FIW because of the the right down on the water aspect which you incorporate in a few of your dioramas. It becomes too difficult for some but you show it well. My completed Roman fort will be ready in a few days. Regards Greg.

Very nicely done Steve . . .
:smile2: Mike

Thanks Mike, good of you to say.

Thanks Greg, maybe its because I'm just not afraid of getting the camera wet !^&grin^&confuse
As you know I've done a lot of Australians vs Japanese scenes too and hopefully have a good many more in me yet ! Though it helps a lot when you've got a manufacturer with a new line and masses of other collectors who are making the series very popular enough to be getting regular releases. Hopefully TG will continue with their Aussies & Japs for a good while yet as there's still a lot of mileage in the range.

Trouble with me is I'm interested in so many different periods of history ! Thankfully very little in Middle ages otherwise I'd really be up a creek !
Look forward to seeing your completed Fort.
Steve

Inspiration stuff Steve. Currently collecting the DAM series, so very appropriate. Robin.
