I was watching a documentry today all about the battle of Stanilnrad and how the Russians eventually surrounded the Germans into a small pocket, and when the scenes of the Germans retreating to the pocket area wer shown, there were all sorts of tanks and artillery shooting about all over the place, and one of the artillery vehicles I noticed was like a German half track with a flat back and an anti-aircraft gun mounted on it:D:D:DIt looked really cool:D:D:D

I think Andy should consider making one of these, in a fighting pose with gunz up high, and men quickly running about with ammo:D:D:cool::eek:

Found a pic of a slight model:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

That's A Great Idea, He Could Also Do One On A Maultier Chasis For Normandy

Good suggestion! The Flakpanzer(winter) is one of my favorite pieces, not too much in the ADA area so any addition would be welcome.

Forces of Valor do a couple of good flakpanzers. It would be great to see K&C do a Wirbelwind or one like the one in your picture.

I think the Forces of valor model of it was more of the kinda idea I had, except in the documentary the front of the half-track model had no cover and the back was just basicallly flat:D:):cool::cool::):D:);):)

Sounds a good idea. I think Stalingrad would make a good new range really. It might have more appeal to collectors than other Eastern front scenarios.
Lots of potential in it. Things like sniper teams, hand to hand combat figures,
flak vehicles, artillery or how about the the scene from Stalingrad where the German penal company ambush the Russian t34 s and infantry support.
I'm excited for it already:D

Maybe the new German Winter stretcher set could be the start of a Stalingrad range:eek::):):eek:

You never know. One of the figures in the strecher party looks like he's wearing SS camo to me though and I don't think there were any SS fighting at Stalingrad. There seems to be rumours of SS polizei at Gumrak airfield but it's not for certain I don't think.

Yeah i couldn't make out if they were winter or summer.
