Outstanding looking work. That's exactly what I'd like to do to one of those as I am limiting my focus to Normandy '44 for now.
Except I lack the cajones to paint one of those bad boys...

Alex,

Simply stated: You are gifted!

Warmest personal regards,

Pat

Alex

Another fantastic job, Alex. I'm looking forward, now more than ever, to see the opposite result on our repaint project.:D

VERY nice. It's as good as most model contest entries. NIcely executed and good colors. Obviously quite skilled with an airbrush.

Alex,
What can I say, you are THE man, one talented painter. That looks superb, not much more to say..........W:)W............

The repaint does look fantastic -- that's obvious -- but (and I'll be the fly in the ointment) I like the original one a bit more.

However (and I don't know anything about painting), how do you get those camo colors?

Thanks guys it fun painting it. :) Brad the camo is airbrush with Tamiya acrylics.

Yes, but how do you get all the colors to weave together so well? Sorry if I'm asking stupid questions.

I thin the camo paint slightly then airbrush it on. I think when I do a diluted black wash on the tank it blends it together. Not sure but it works. :)

Well, it sure looks good. Is that the way the manufacturers do it?

I don't know how they do it. I just noticed your past the 3000 post mark and I have been here longer by one day.

Alex,

Have you thought about repainting the new M10 Tank Destroyer in OD summer/ spreing colors when the new KC M10 set comes out?
