He, he, you don't have to look far to find a better actor than Alec and yes Ben is one of them. Silly love triangle or not, I can't say I found Kate hard to watch though.

Ben was even great as the amoral scientist in "Species" (a decent enough film). I think a good actor will be able to do a good job, even in a bad vehicle.

I just ignore the love stuff except when i need to get food or need a break. Good time to go do what ever. Can not have action all the time can we? That is not real either. Like a lot of you I appreciated it for the flight scenes and just being able to see cool old planes or repros!
