For anyone who enjoys WWII aircraft or WWII in general, a local air museum near where I live, the Mid-Atlantic Air Museum, hosts a big WWII airshow and living history event every June called WWII Weekend. Over 1,000 reenactors, 100s of military vehicles, and several restored WWII aircraft attend. It is one of the largest WWII living history events in the United States. I've had the privilege of attending this event for many years and covering it as a credentialed media member with my aviation newsletter for the last couple of years. If you would like to see some photos of the aircraft, people, and vehicles at the event...you can check out my newsletter coverage at the links below. I thought some might be interested.
