I would sign for a WILD WEST series with both hands...

Unfortunately nobody seems to be interested in producing such figures. Del Prado had a series, but I don't like their quality, or rather lack of quality - at least in my eyes.

Yes,i also do not like their figures. It look like that they are produce in year 1909 and not 2009.It really look like that, bad sculpting,no imagination, bad paint,....if you look the horse (Mounted Geronimo) you will smile for 5 minutes:D:D:D it is like that child draw a horse,or a cartoon caracter.I just hope i didnt make angry people who buy this products but for me they are really bad,at least the wild west.I think they improve a little at the Samurai range, but still....:p

Oh yes, it is very very very bad sculpting. The samurai are not better though....Conte talks since some tim eto bring out Wild West figures and a tease is on their May update on the website at conteco.com.

well, thebritfarmer, this look like a Saloon in Deadwood or something haha, sure it will be nice piece added to the Wild West range and there is "only sky is the limit",because they cam make Saloons, towns, little houses like laundry,bank,....than prarie(cactus,trees,bufalo,...),than blue jacket soldiers(infantry,calvary,fort,...),than indians, indian vilage,wariors,...than miners, trapers, wisky traders, outlaws, bufalo hunters, gold diggers, stage coach,pioneers,.....the Wild west.
And a lot of this stuff can be put in small sets that can be used in diferent range like for civil war,Alamo,....like a saloon or bank and stuff it can be also display for people who collect civil war,....trains,railway station,....it all can be used.

Ales, I love your comments. You've got me laughing :D. That horse might have to go on a diet. It has fat legs and Geronimo looks a bit like me, - ready for an old people's home.:)

Okay Scott tell us all. Are those photos with the saloon from your collection?

Let's nor forget this interesting new offering by Shannon and the artists from Honor Bound/Beau Geste:

looks very interesting.I just do not understand why the WBritains do not produce Wild West.I think we need some big company like WBritains that can really made Wild West for long period of time, not just 10-20 figures and over.Everybody make a few figures and than stop.We need whole Wild west, with lots of figures,dioramas,scenic,....this can be a real project.
Everybody else offer us just a few figures. It will be interesting to see how the Kind and Country REAL WEST will developed, and also this Shannon.
