Ok guys, after some bickering/deletions and then change of policy etc how about (at least for now) we return to normal service :smile2:

So what are we hoping for or expecting in August from the house of K&C? As we hit high summer we often see D Day releases but we have had quite a few of these already this year , RAF got a mammoth release last month ({bravo}}) , bit early for Bulge maybe (?) so perhaps something for FOB or the Desert? On the non WW2 front how about some more Egyptian releases? If there was one non combat extra range I would like to collect its this, great figures and something completely different.

So guys, take your pick and shout the odds, what do you reckon is on the horizon?

Ha Rob a little birdie told me about a secret release of a new range featuring a Moby dick theme. This could head a lot of different ways with fishermen and pirates and some boats. This series could be a biggie . Maybe not this release but buy the end of the year. Simmo.{sm2}

Think we could get a Gloster Meteor at some point

Simmo, sounds great mate, they could do little fishies and even microscopic plankton that you can buy by the bag load!:wink2:

Would be a nice release Neil. We haven't had many German releases of late and I smell something in the wind!:wink2:

Rob you are making sport of me now. Never say never. Just think about it . What a great range it could and will become. Also I heard about a range of great Olympian figures. Just you wait Rob you will be eating your words. Simmo.{sm4}

I'll put my two bob's worth in....Back to the Western Desert? 25 pounder with crew, limber and tractor? Desert version of the Humber A/car? ETO - maybe some US paras? and something for the NAPY people? But whatever comes will be surprise to most as it always is, look forward to the end of the month.
Wayne.

Simmo, I'm with you mate, as long as they have the Fishermen in those bright yellow camo Sowesters and not the boring Green ones. You could have some great poses couldn't you, one Fisherman waving to another, one with his hands in his pockets, another sucking on a sweet, would be an exciting range:wink2:

And don't get me started on the Olympics! We could have a figure of Boris Johnston London Mayor in a soaking shirt pretending that he loves the sweltering Underground and uses it everyday, we could have a terrorist in a car who is really angry because he's stuck in traffic in one of those Olympic traffic lanes, you could have a security guard who in reality is totally confused and doesn't know if he should be in London, Birmingham or staying at home watching reruns of 'Friends' , this could run and run .....we could even have figures giving samples after the race to drug officials....quite literally taking the p***!:wink2:

Not expecting any Arnhem or Seminoles. I'm guessing for WWII a large AFV. It will have a cannon.

That's it Rob no more inside information. You are making it into your own personal joke with extras. Fishermen waving in yellow . You have to be kidding . Fishermen never wave. I am not going into the other things your weird mind is thinking. Simmo.:mad:

^&grin

How about a good old Stuka instead then mate:wink2:^&cool

I hope Wayne is right about a 25 pounder w/ crew and towing vehicle

Rob

Fair chance AE as they have been confirmed for this year and next and we are running out of this year fast. No more MG sadly, would settle for IC, but expect the majority of the forum are needing WW11, so I hope they get their wish. We will know in a week, cheers, Robin.

Dow we think the 25 pounder would be done in Brit Normandy, Brit and Australian North Africa?

Rob

LUFTWAFFE.

Andy did say that at some stage he would do both, and was toying with the idea of a two seperate EA gun commanders one Brit and one Aussie so you would have a choice as to which you wanted,
but as I said it was just at the idea stage.

Thanks Wayne, I knew you'd reported something along those lines mate{bravo}}

I mean that the saying sucking on a fisherman's friend means you have cough lollies and a cold and they are hot and stormy. Simmo.{sm4}

We know what you mean Simmo:smile2:

So as my mate Wayne( Luftwaffe Wayne we shall call him) has been a good boy and not complained about all the RAF releases last month, how about a Luftwaffe Ambulance for him? Would go very nicely on his extended airfield wouldn't it.^&cool
