I hope it's ok but I'd also like to remember some of our members who have unfortunately passed away like Doug Stork, Lawrence Lo and the Lt.

Many of you knew Larry and Joe but not Doug, who liked German figures. He passed away about 10'years ago and had a superb collection. He was one of the first collectors of K & C. He was a prince of a guy. I'm sorry most of you never got a chance to know him.

I was thinking of Cardigan, too, and his fervor for Stadden's large figures and statuettes.

Cardigan was a really nice guy and I enjoyed chatting with him a lot! He is missed

Great idea Brad.

Chuck Harris was a very active forum member and a good friend. He was one of the greats.

definitely Joe Quintini aka "theLt"....he was an asset to this forum and was very well liked...a real gentleman...I finally met him at Hackensack a few years ago...Nicholas Cameron brought him along...I enjoyed his enthusiasm for the Zulu Wars and his eagerness to help me and others...

I also miss Aurele Desbians aka "Oldtank"...he lived in Canada and was a huge JJD FIW and K&C WWII collector...he was a miner...a tough old guy...he helped me acquire some of the hard to find JJD BM's when I first started collecting...his wife Connie finally got her son's friend to sell his collection on here...I think his handle was "Twinner"...

I'm sorry I forgot Bernard. A great individual. I almost got to meet him once. I was going to be in Ireland but unfortunately for me he and his family were headed off to Spain on vacation.

He is definitely missed.

Thanks Shannon. How could I forget Chuck. Another person larger than life who us definitely missed.

I had a few very pleasant email exchanges with Bernard.

And I loved his usual greetings in his posts, "Yo Trooper" ^&grin
And when he handed out stable duties left and right for some "sorry troopers".

A unique and very kind person.

So many great guys no longer with us. All hard their part to play on the forum and they are all missed.
