Display of some tanks and San Diego plastic figures. Very cold out so I "played" with some plastic stuff.

Thanks and I agree. The FOV panther is a heavy one compared to the new tanks.

Always thought FOV Panther does not look right round the gun mantlet ^&confuse.
There Jagdpanther are very well done

That's because it is upside down!!!

I had to fix the mantlet on both of mine before I would even finish taking their acessories out of the box^&grin It was a pretty simple fix.

Hi Kevin
Never new about that till I read it on the Small scale Military forum

Guess I will have to put it in the shop for repairs.:D Never noticed that before.

Hey John:

Thanks for sharing. 21st Century, FOV and TSSD figures. Oh yeah, it looks like you have some Department 56 and Lemax diorama stuff too. What great value. It's hard not getting them isn't it?

Carlos

Thanks for posting your pics John. You've got some nice things here.

I'm been a FOV and 21st Century collector as well. Great value.

Thanks Carlos and Duke. It is a fun day when you can just pose some models. I know I need more scenic accessories and a few different backgrounds then my wife's painted flannel. I have more stuff to play around with over the week. :) John

Great stuff, I have a good sized collection of those pieces myself. Who sells the SD soldiers?

Treefrog sells them under plastics and San Diego Toy Soldier sells them also. A few painted figures I did are Conte GI's. J

Hi John,
Great stuff, and a pleasure to look at.
I never paid much attention to FoV, 21st Century or similiar, but recently I got me a few WWII tanks and vehicles. That is nice stuff with plenty of opportunities for playing and displaying.
Here is a British Matilda tank shown with two Oryon figures and a Dept56 palm tree.

Nice pics Konrad. I have that tank and it is one of my favorites. I think FOV has a good value for the enjoyment you get from their armor. You can re-paint or weather the vehicles, add accessories to them and not worry that you are ruining a $200.00 tank. Thanks for posting. John

They make great trucks too! Here is a shot of some of my collection. Note the weathering I put on one of the two desert colored Opel Blitzs to the right rear of the photo.
