these are Jenkin's Battle of Quebec...Fraser's Highlanders...

I don't collect Quebec...but I had to have these guys...

some time ago...John mentioned he might make some more of these...I hope he does...they are some of my favorites...

I think 02 and 03 are "retired"...with 01 listed as "low in stock"...

That's a nice one Mike. It has a bit of the Bushy Run feel to it. I hope John adds a few more highlanders and maybe a you know what line down the road. BTW: the 247th anniversary reenactment of the Bushy Run battle is coming up in August.

Doug...thank you...really...are you attending it...I would guess that would be in a much denser wooded area...and i too would buy more if he made them......

I'm hoping to make it this year. The 250th anniversary is going to be a must in a few years. BTW: I recently purchased the Pamela Patrick White painting of the 77th Grenadiers which is one of my favorites. Got to love those Highlander Grenadiers with the bearskin caps. Those would be great for John to do:

Lord Nelson's doesn't have it listed for some reason. They had the original oil painting in the store. They can order it for you if you are interested - which is what they did for me.

I saw Pamela Patrick White at the History Meets the Arts show today in Gettysburg. She confirmed that the 77th Highlander picture depicts a scene from Bushy Run. Some great paintings on her website including this one of Col. Bouquet:
