Hi Grant, I think that Timpo used to make French Foreign Legion figures - because I'm sure I've seen some in the past. Don't know whether they made any Arabs - but I wouldn't be surprised if they did.

They are no longer in production, of course - but pretty sure I've seen some on e-bay at some time in the past. Maybe have a look there??? johnnybach.

Conte made excellent FFL and Arabs.
They are frequently on EBay.

I kept looking, Grant - and found these Timpo Arabs too. They were also on e-bay. jb

starting to get some big ideas!

As you mention Grant - Britains made both FFL and Arabs - in their Deetail range - which often show up on e-bay too. jb

Timpo made them 4 FFl and 4 Arabs, Reamsa did Arabs, not sure about FFl. Oliver also does them both. Airfix made them in 1/72 but not 54/60mm.

You already have Conte and AIP and Britians.

Conte probably did the best and they were a true 54mm, at least in my opinion they were the best. They also gave you the most poses as they had multiple sets.
