Good question! The right tank, but wrong "style"?

To combine several answers, maybe it is a Panzerbefehlswagen IV command vehicle with 5 command and staff personnel.

The answer needs to be syntax such as:

The vehicle having been mentioned more than once and the " " also having been mentioned: but with the wrong vehicle ( another clue really ).
