If that's set #20009, that's a pretty good price, it lists for $225, especially with you covering shipping. that ought to sell pretty quickly.

Yes, I should have indicated which set - It is set 20009.
This is a photo I took when I had it out of the box awhile back.

Hospital only for sale, not the fighting men.

Yes, I don't like to let any sets go once acquired. I've had this set in the box since it first came out. I put it on one of the book case shelves but it left me little room to place the Army and looked too crowded. Then I moved it to another cabinet that I have but has poor lighting because of its depth. Pondered on it for a few days and it was just not working for me - Too dark back there.

An electrician, a good carpenter and a nice set of $2,000 shelves should take care of your problem.

If not............my cousin is a contractor. We can just build you a new house.

That should solve your problem, then you could keep your Brit building.
