Figures - Trophy of Wales

Cheers

Martyn:)

Martyn...that is a very cool set...one of the figures got cropped out...is it an Indian?

He does - just not on my iPad. It crops pictures. But a double click gets you to the photo hosting site and you can see the total picture.

Having come to the pow-wow late - only realising that Trophy was once based very close to my home-town of Cardiff, AFTER Len had ceased production - and I had re-started my love affair with Glossies - I have had to make up what I can from a variety of sources.

I just loved that Fur Trader set of Martyn's - at first sight. So..................my version looks like this: (Note that my "buyers" are tea-total!:D)

Horses and Travois with furs etc., ( the A frame carrier) by Whitetower Miniatures.

Injun Chiefs (all hollowcast repairs and conversions) by Britains, and Timpo (standing) - and two Crescent versions seated.

Fur Trader - Dorset Soldiers.

Painting - by yours truly :D

Thanks for the inspiration Martyn - still love your set too. jb:D

I realised after posting my original Fur Trader group - that with a few more additions - I could have an even larger group - especially when a few pals arrived at the rendezvous - and upped the ante with the addition for trade of a Winchester.

Now! - that's got a bit more interest generated in the village! jb

Andanna...thanks for that tidbit...yes...I clicked on the picture and it took me to Martyn's Photobucket account which shows the entire picture...
