Rick Wang mentioned to me this morning that it appears that sales of the He 219 will do well and that collectors seem interested in having Figarti make more airplanes.

Rick indicated that he may be receptive to the possibility of making more airplanes. However, he would like to know whether collectors would want these airplanes to be in 1/30 or 1/32 scale and asked me to start this poll.

Only one vote :smile2:

1:30/32nd scale wouldn't matter to me if they did a modern line- A10 Warthogs, F16 etc- I actually would rather a crashhawk or apache. If Figarti did modern warbirds, I'd buy multiples if the pricing were in line with their current WW2 offerings.

No other planes from other historical periods would make me part with my American Dollars.

I would imagine the best approach would be to keep consistent with what they have already released.

I think your right 1/30 is the way to go & Me 262 Night fighter got to be top of the list :wink2:

don't really think I would have a favourite any would do possibly a high altitude night fighter I think they were mark 30

Just would be good to see one done by someone
Mitch

An affordable Lancaster like the retired B 17 would be cool.

My vote is for 1:30 if it's WWII, to go along with the K&C warbirds and more importantly the Luftwaffe/RAF/USAAF support crew.

If by some miracle it's modern, 1:32 to go with the pre-existing modern line. I'd love to see a helicopter (a Chinook, Cobra or Blackhawk would be great).

For WWII, I'd rather see Figarti do what K&C hasn't been able to do except in wood - affordable large planes. Owning the same plane from a different maker doesn't do anything for me, but something that's more in the stun and awe category - be it a mosquito or b-17, would get my attention.

I believe in miracles!! {sm3} Admittedly, the rotors would be a production/deisgn challenge.

That's a bit harsh CC, some of the operational Blackhawks still have their rotors attached. (fast roping out now!)

I'm with Chris and Mark, if they're modern, 1/32.

Is there much of a difference between 1:30 and 1:32 planes. At that scale and size the difference becomes less obvious I would have thought.

can someone from figarti post the measurements of the Owl
Cheers

Ah, oops!

You mean I have to read AND comprehend a post before responding. Novel concept...{sm4}

No biggie. Saw from the Treefrog site that availability is in August.

Some one brought up 1/32nd modern. I had not thought of it, but Figarti's large modern collection of soldiers was 1/32nd, which I also use with FOV vehicles........ So that might work.

The B-17 was 1/32 with an extensive crew.........And Frontline has a Bomber crew that would work also

So.....

Normal fighters WWII 1/30th

Bombers WWII 1/32nd

Modern aircraft 1/32
