Wayne,
with a little bit of balsa wood, plastic card and strip you can easily make this yourself. Accessories, oil drums etc... are easy to find in1/32 and 1/30 scale . Try it, you will see the result will give you great satisfaction

I made a base for my Luftwaffe display and posted photos awhile ago. I used hobby sticks from Michaels and stained them. I think it turned out good. Photos are in my album section if anyone wants to see.
