And what about Jozef Tiso ( the fascist priest leader of Slovakia), Mannerheim ( the marshal leader of Finlandia) who made a technical alliance with Hitler against the soviets, and marshal Antonescu ( leader of Romania)?

Franco is most interesting because he survive several decades after the collapse of Nazism...
