Yeah, your figure definitely depicts Washington, Zach. I think there is either an illustration, or a statue, of the General, standing next to a column, with the same drapery, that this appears to be based on. But yeah, the colors are wrong. King-White did something similar with their Washington figures; instead of buff, they painted his waistcoat and facings a dark khaki color. The artist who painted yours appears to have used red. Maybe he confused Washington's Virginia Provincial Regiment uniform with his later Continental Army uniform.
I follow a couple of Russian vendors on eBay, who sell unpainted castings, and I recall seeing a foot figure of Washington in one of their lists. That's why I suggest that even if no studio currently offers a figure in its catalog, it's worth it to contact them and ask if they ever did or still can produce one.
Hello Gents, I dIdn't know my GW figure by JJD was whom i had purchased at the time. Pleasantly surprised to have him in my diorama and building his military career. Sapper.
