PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE with a panzer grenadier on top, make a German Mk. IV ( Long barrel ) late war version with side skirts. To date we've seen a grey short barreled version from FOB and similar Afrika Korp version ( both updates on an older long retired K&C piece ), Afrika Korp Mk. IV long barrel no skirts ( retired ), Hummel self propelled artillery ( retired ), the recent Jagdpanzer IV, 2 Stug IV's ( long retired ) etc. K&C has proven they have the Mk. IV chassis down cold however all these pieces mentioned are merely minor variants of the true workhorse of the panzer divisions. A World War II collector cannot claim to have a true representation of German armour without their most numerous tank and backbone of the panzer divisions the Mk. IV. That would be like an American armour enthusiast having no Sherman, or a Soviet armour enthusiast having no T-34. I'm truly disappointed nothing came out in Chicago. The MK. IV's time has come.

P.S. A summer ambush camo pattern would be most appreciated.

Cheers
CFM :)

Indeed, the Ausf G. (or Ausf F2) is the variant that needs to be made before any other. Figarti has already made the late war long barrel version with side skirts. However, the mid-war Ausf. G or F2 with long barrel and NO turret skirt or side skirt armor has never been made in toy soldier land even though it was among the most common German tanks on the eastern front in 1942-3. I would prefer a winter version.

Figarti did a DAK F2. They are still available too, although pricey because of the 5 lame crewmen
