I just put out my old Conte Curio Cabinet and have all the King and Country Collector Club Figures in release order displayed in it. :D (I am still missing #1 and there is a $100 Bill awaiting the lucky seller who PM's me - who wants to sell it :))

Anyway - looking at the display tonight I focused on the recent German Navy Figure at Attention and wonder.........Is there a German Navy Set in our future??

If you look at all the Collector Club Figures you see what Ranges they go in - like WS, NA, MK, etc... In some case like in the Crusaders, WWI and Light Brigade - these figures were the early warnings of Ranges to come......................
Sooooooo - GERMAN NAVY IN OUR FUTURE ??

What do you guys think?

When asked two years ago at the West Coaster, Andy repliedwith his now famous rmark," If Andy don't like it , Andy won't make it."

With apologies to all you Navy guys, sailor figures don't really interest me much. They wouldn't really fit in with my other stuff at all.

You dont understand the WS 100 - Rammjammer is a torpedo boat as well - so you can collect both :D

I think everyone "missed the boat" on the dual use of this fine release ;)

Ursula - Oh wow !

She could turn me into a 60's Democrat anytime...Peace, Love - man ;)

Opps - got to get back to wedding plans  :p

The Germans had naval infantry divisions that primarily served on land to protect the ports and whatnot. The Canadians ran into them at Dieppe with disastrous results. They could make for a neat mini-line.

how about a purely bond line. Say hellu to metal bond babes and even better lookin cars and gadgets

Hmm, a Bond Blonde series...
Back on topic, I would be interested in a Naval Infantry mini-line. A neat one would be US sailors from the Yangtze Patrol, ie Sand Pebbles...

Well - I think it is very interesting that Andy did this Navy figure. Its unusal that he would pick this particular guy - but, It might be a Marching set coming down the pike - because the base for the CC 13 is the same for LAH figures !

So maybe that is something we could expect?

Imo Pierce Brosnan was the best Bond

and Carole Bouquet (Melina Havelock - For Your Eyes Only) was the best Bond girl

For me Sean Connory and Pierce Brosnan are the best Bonds. For me, hands down the best Bond Girl is the only girl James Bond ever married, Diana Riggs. Sadly she is not remembered as a bond girl (only as Emma Peel from the Avengers) because she was in the one movie with George Lazenby, the least popular Bond.

I loved Daniel Craig in the latest Bond.

And as the Bond girl, difficult choice but it is hard to forget Goodnight.

Pierre.
