German Panzers Operation Blue (1 Viewer)

I am looking for source material that identifies what Panzers were available for Operation Blue. Does anyone know of a website (preferably) or book that lists the Panzers available?

A specific question is whether any Panzer III Es with the 3,7 cm gun were operational, or had they all been converted to the short 5 cm L/42?

Interesting question, take a look at Panzerkampfwagon, German Combat Tanks 1933 to 1945 by Chris Ellis and Hilary Doyal. They give very detailed information on when each version was produced and what changes took place. I will look at my other books and see if I have any unit by unit data, but I am willing to guess that you will find a mix of various mark IIIs in this operation. What are looking to do? Build a display or is it something else?
