Yes and No.

The Figarti Jagdpanzer IV is 1/30 scale as measured. As far as I know no one has made a Jagdpanzer IV in 1/32 to date. Styrene kits abound in 1/35 scale from Tamiya, Dragon etc.
K&C has a Jagdpanzer IV; but I believe it is also 1/30 scale. Early K&C vehicles were 1/32 as were W. Britains and Figarti; but they have evolved to 1/30 scale.
