Mike i'm defiantly going to collect something of his BUT i'm going to wait for a new series to come out and if i like it i'm going to collect it,hopefully something ancient.

I think a Rome vs Carthage would be a good range as every other range (KC,Conte,EOI) about Rome involves the Romans vs Barbarians. My one question is the Romans from all these companies plus Aeroart,and the Russians have the same uniform as in the movie Gladiator.Is this the uniform of the second cen.A.D.?I've seen what the wore in the Late Roman Empire in books about the uniforms of the Roman soldier and it's quite different.Even in the series Rome the uniform was what I call the classical look.

It sounds like First Legion may be doing a Roman line soon. KC and several others have Roman-era lines. Ancients would be great, but hopefully something that hasn't been covered to the same extent.

If K&C do an Ancient Greek series as everyone is expecting, other companies will probably follow with their own various series. I'd like to see a series on the Punic Wars.

I really like JJD work but I am not sure Ancients would be his strongest area. Of course, I didn't see him doing WW1 aircraft or Spanish Civil War and am happy to say that those figures are fantastic.

Guess we will have to see. I would sort of hate to see him dilute his knowledge base by getting spread too thin. He's already done new lines, what's the rush?
