German soldiers huddle around a fire during their first winter in the Soviet Union in 1941-1942. Daytime temperatures were routinely -30ºF.

Eh what I meant to say was the Ardennes (Must not mention the [eastern] war)

That's a great idea Redhugh,

in fact i think the figures of the winter K&C tiger with the crew around the fire were one of the major selling points of the Tiger. I hope they do another one.

I agree, in fact i thought that though the Tunisian Tiger's 2 crews have rather similar poses as the winter tiger's SS crew around the fire, but without a 'scene maker' like the little fire, received some criticism.

I know I have said it a few times before but I still reckon there's a good market for a 'Soldiers around a Campfire' set (German and or Allied) that you could buy to put with whatever tank/vehicle you already have . We now have enough 'tank rider' sets imo.
