Will there be another show in Gettyburg this August?? I thought it had already passed

There is a second show in Gettysburg this year, August 7th through the 9th at the Wyndham Hotel. It is sponsored by The Artists Preservation Group. There will be a miniatures competition, seminars, a room full of vendors including Aeroart, The Hobby Bunker and myself (Minutemen Toy Soldiers) among others, an art exhibit and several battlefield tours.

Should be an excellent show...............

I couldn't make the last one so will do my best to go to this one. Haven't had the opportunity to meet George or Matt as yet

Meeting me might be the deal breaker, not maker.........:p, should be a good show, the dealer hall is officially sold out.............

We should all wear Michael Jackson t-shirts to recognize each other. Just a joke. Glad to see Aeroart will be there. They haven't attended the past GB shows.

The show starts a week from today, hours are 11-6 Friday, 9-5 Saturday and 9-1 on Sunday.

Will have all the latest K & C offerings, the new Stalingrad figures from First Legion, some new figures from Britains, new sets from JJD and quite a few terrain items, including several of the BOR grass matts and some nice prepainted buildings and scenics done by yours truly.................

Looking forward to seeing you Michael; I know Doug and Titus are coming, are any other forum members planning on attending.

This is much more than a toy soldier show; there will be seminars by some very famous people from the model figure/figure painting community, as well as a couple of terrific battlefield tours given with guides going along, one in particular that I wish I could attend, but it starts at 4:00 on Saturday and the dealer hall is open till 5:00......

Don't worry, George. Me and the guys will cover for you and make sure your table is empty, when you come back. :rolleyes:Michael

I'm thinking of just putting out a cup and going with the honor system as the Saturday 4:00pm battlefield tour will focus on the action around the Rose Farm, Houcks Ridge, the Wheatfield and the Peach Orchard and it is a walking tour, should be fascinating.........
