I think it would be relatively easy to make a similar boat from scratch.

I was thinking of these dimensions 18" by 6" which would scale out to 48' by 16'

Sound good?

Scott the dimensions are doable at 18-24" and with the patient assistance of Michael and others, may give it a try, complete with heli-deck and Vulcan gun!
