Thank you everyone for the birthday wishes.I had a quiet rainy day and at 61 that's very enjoyable.Seeing what has happened on the southeastern coast with Matthew it makes me very grateful for what I have and how it can all be gone in an instant. My thoughts and prayers are with the people down there. On a lighter note I didn't receive any hobby related gifts but I commissioned something a while back and it's enroute to me now. I thought it came out real well and hope it arrives safely.{eek3} Here is a link. http://www.planetfigure.com/threads...ated-vignette-capt-beajeau.80733/#post-836230

Happy Birthday, Mark. Your commission is a spectacular piece of work. The figures are painted to such detail that I thought them much larger in scale than they actually are. -- Al
Mark...just viewed the link you posted on your commission...these are frickin awesome...I had no idea how small they were til I saw the pic of the hand holding the diorama...one of the best painters I have ever seen...
Mike,
He is one of the best small figure painters in the world and his figures for his miniature company is top notch,no giant heads or hands on his figures and no glob of metal representing a gun.
